2. การสร้างบัญชีผู้ใช้
ผู้ใช้งานต้อง:
- ให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน
- รับผิดชอบต่อข้อมูลบัญชีของตนเอง
- ไม่แชร์บัญชีหรือให้บุคคลอื่นเข้าถึงโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
SabuyCashBack ขอสงวนสิทธิในการระงับบัญชีที่มีการใช้งานผิดปกติ หรือข้อมูลไม่ถูกต้อง
3. เงื่อนไขการได้รับ Cashback
ผู้ใช้งานจะได้รับ Cashback เมื่อตรงตามเงื่อนไขดังนี้:
- คลิกผ่าน SabuyCashBack ก่อนทำการสั่งซื้อ
- ร้านค้าพันธมิตรยืนยันคำสั่งซื้อสมบูรณ์
- คำสั่งซื้อไม่มีการยกเลิกหรือคืนสินค้า
ยอด Cashback และเงื่อนไขต่าง ๆ อยู่ภายใต้ระบบของพันธมิตร
ซึ่งอาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงได้ตามนโยบายของร้านค้า
4. การถอน Cashback
การถอนเงินคืนต้อง:
- ครบตามยอดขั้นต่ำที่กำหนด
- ยืนยันตัวตนและข้อมูลบัญชีธนาคารถูกต้อง
- เป็นบัญชีของผู้ใช้งานเองเท่านั้น
5. การใช้งานอย่างเหมาะสม
ผู้ใช้งานตกลงว่าจะไม่:
- ใช้ระบบเพื่อทุจริต เช่น การคลิกซ้ำผิดปกติหรือทำธุรกรรมเทียม
- แก้ไข แฮ็ก หรือพยายามเข้าถึงระบบโดยมิชอบ
- ใช้บริการในลักษณะที่ละเมิดกฎหมาย
SabuyCashBack อาจระงับบัญชีหากพบการใช้งานผิดเงื่อนไข
6. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิดชอบ
SabuyCashBack ไม่รับประกันว่า:
- บริการจะปราศจากข้อผิดพลาดหรือขัดข้องตลอดเวลา
- ยอด Cashback จะได้รับเสมอ หากร้านค้าพันธมิตรปฏิเสธรายการ
- ข้อมูลของร้านค้าหรือโปรโมชั่นจากพันธมิตรมีความถูกต้อง 100%
7. การเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไข
เราอาจปรับปรุงหรือแก้ไขเงื่อนไขนี้เป็นครั้งคราว
